Good Hand Job

Good, quality hand jobs are hard to come by in my opinion.

One thing usually lets them down and its terribly disappointing.
  • Too greasy
  • Affects my working performance
  • Don't last long enough
  • No protection
  • Small package
  • Smells a bit funky

Poor Irina couldn't find a hand cream she liked to use  at work

Most unsatisfying.

Its for these reason I am generally loathe to pay for them. Money not well spent in my opinion, no bang for my buck.

I had sort of given up on them until recently ;)

I was actually using some Aveeno Body Lotion on my hands at work

Then I accidentally came across this Natio Wellness Hand Cream goodie as part of a recent GWP and thought it deerved a little mention.

Why I likey:
  • A really light texture that absorbs quickly and doesn't leave you sliding all over the keypad unable to hold down the ctrl and paste key in tandem and answer an important call for your boss without dropping that caller on the floor...
  • An ample sized foil tube the type you can wring and squeeze and mush to get every last drop out of
  • SPF 15- I never put SPF on my hands. I know you should rub your face moisturiser with SPF over the back of your hands when your finished but I actually rub the excess on my decolletage. So my poor old mittens probably do catch some unwanted rays when I'm chomping through my nori roll in the park at lunch
  • Smells heavenly - the pomegranate gives it a light berry scent but not ones that is too sweet or sickly

I just can't get enough of it, I'm at it three times a day! That's a lot for me , my hands don't know what's hit them!!

I really like Natio prodz. This Aussie brand is cheap and cheerful and most products I've tried are great quality, packed with lots of natural ingredients and essential oils and are really good value for money.

I recently discovered on a UK blog they are now stocked there in Selfridges I think. Good for them. Natio that is (and the UK too I suppose!!)

Have you tried this hand cream? Isn't it pomalicious?

Any other Natio products that you love (am also really liking their rosehip oil...... but thats another post)

Are you handy at work and use cream?

Can you press ctrl /paste with one hand or are you a cumbersome double hander like me?

Entered Me, my best and I's  Nifty Fifty Gifty Giveaway yet??
It's in more demand than Pippa Middleton's bottom right now!

Get amongst it before 15th June

  3. I'm always looking for handcreams. I wash my hands all the time, but I don't apply cream often enough, which is why they look wretched (that and genetics ;). Thanks for the rec!

  5. Thanks chickies. I'm a terrible hand cream applier. Having a nice one compels me to put one on though and I have been quite conisistent with this one on my desk. I just checked their site and this handcream is $9.05- can't quite believe that price, Natio is really good quality for what you pay.

  7. HOLY CRAP!! The best post title EVER LOL

In my nail care obsessed world I skip hand creams and stick to cuticle oils just around ... well the cuticles (and under my nail free edge). I reapply manically, probably 4 times a day. I do however try to put on my sunscreen on the back of my hands in the morning.

I love to do the one hander using my thumb and ring finger on my right hand, it makes me feel cool and gets good use out of my large 'tray hands'.
